This is all a bad dream, right? One with a soundtrack where the lyric "we're on a road to nowhere" by the Talking Heads plays on a continuous loop.
It's not that Ms. Palin is ignorant. Ignorant implies a lack of knowledge. It's just that Ms. Palin doesn't believe in the existence of knowledge (or dinosaurs, or birth control, or the 6th amendment).
