Dear blog,
My trip to California was so magical. First, we went on a big airplane that served no food. Then we went in a pick-up truck to a far away land called The Valley. This is where rednecks, pornstars, and my boyfriend are from (note: my boyfriend is neither a redneck nor a pornstar, anymore). The first day the temperature was 80. Then it got cold and rained for the remainder of the trip.
We had a nice Jewish Mexican Christmas with latkes and enchiladas, and a whole bunch of presents. After Christmas we drove up north to San Luis Obispo, San Francisco and Sausalito. It rained even harder in these places. I got to see my uncle and some friends. It was way cool.
Boston is still bleak and dirty, but it's nice to be back. Happy New Year.
p.s. Be proud of me. I got straight A's last semester.
