On July 28th I spent 45 minutes waiting in line at the DMV with my passport, MO driver's license, and my state farm card. Mr. DMV told me that I needed a utility bill and would have to come back.
On September 5th I spent 1 hour and 6 minutes waiting in line at the DMV with my passport, MO driver's license, and my Comcast bill. Ms. DMV told me that a Comcast bill was not a utility bill.
I hate NH.
